Works by Raquel R. Kreipe in watercolor, acrylic, and mixed media.
About the Artist
The Art of Raquel R. Kreipe reflects the emotion and passion of life through her unique treatment of outrageously brilliant color and style. The vibrancy of her work puts the viewer at one with her underwater universe. Time slows as we observe exotically tinctured fish, and an expanse of sea life eases through animated vegetation and across colorful coral beds.
Raquel’s Carnival and Mardi Gras women and masks flaunt the personalities through a rage of splashing colors and multidimensional blacks.
When Raquel creates landscapes and still life designs from her unique color palate the rich dynamics of her signature styling show how she sees our fantastic world.
Born and educated in Old Mexico, her art expresses her colorful heritage. Raquel’s work in oils, acrylics, watercolor and sculpture continues to evolve. Advancing her art is of great importance to her. Raquel travels throughout California, New Mexico, Arizona, Texas, Louisiana and Kansas attending colleges, institutes and workshops, as well as doing one women shows and exhibitions.
