Come take a cooking class at The Kitchen Chick! Chef Bailey Glover is here to help your tastebuds take a break from heavy holiday fare and introduce them (and you!) to amazing Asian flavors from the Far East! You will learn to hand roll crispy pork, Shiitake mushroom, ginger & shrimp egg rolls (no cabbage filler!) and make a homemade hot Chinese mustard for dipping. Next, you will prepare a classic carrot and cucumber ribbon salad topped with a tasty ginger dressing from scratch. You will then make a belly-warming shrimp curry full of special Asian spices. Finally, you will bake a decadent Vietnamese banana cake topped with sinful caramelized bananas and vanilla bean ice cream. Say sayonara to Asian take out!

The Kitchen Chick will refund your tuition in full for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the class. No refunds or credits will be given for a cancellation made less than 72 hours before the class. Cancellations or changes can be made by calling 409-497-2999 or emailing email@example.com. When a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will contact you by email or telephone and issue a full refund. If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.
