Come take a cooking class at The Kitchen Chick! Join the chick and Chef Mary Bass as we celebrate the end of 2017 with a sparkling trio of dishes that all involve champagne! You will learn to make savory beef medallions topped with champagne poached seared scallops drizzled in a champagne buerre blanc snuggled next to roasted cauliflower mash. Next, enjoy creating a crisp winter salad with segmented navel oranges, pomegranate ariels, and toasted spiced walnuts tossed in a homemade champagne vinaigrette dressing. For desert, you will prepare roasted pears in a sinful champagne sabayon sauce. We’re popping corks – you won’t want to miss this special class! Cheers!

The Kitchen Chick will refund your tuition in full for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the class. No refunds or credits will be given for a cancellation made less than 72 hours before the class. Cancellations or changes can be made by calling 409-497-2999 or emailing alicia@aliciac1.sg-host.com. When a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will contact you by email or telephone and issue a full refund. If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.
