Come take a cooking class at The Kitchen Chick! You’re invited on a tasty tour of the bayou with Chef Mary Bass that will get you in the Mardi Gras spirit! To start, you will learn to make traditional creole shrimp riding atop crispy corn cakes. Next, you will prepare irresistible cajun glazed chicken lollipops stacked on sweet potato hay. We’ll bake up batches of individual flaky hand pies stuffed with voodoo crawfish swamp dip. For dessert, you will learn to make seasonal bread pudding with drizzled with decadent Kahlua caramel sauce from scratch! Laissez les bon temps roulez!

The Kitchen Chick will refund your tuition in full for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the class. No refunds or credits will be given for a cancellation made less than 72 hours before the class. Cancellations or changes can be made by calling 409-497-2999 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. When a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will contact you by email or telephone and issue a full refund. If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.
