Come take a cooking class at The Kitchen Chick! Get ready to rock the wok with Chef Mary Bass! You will learn to make some of your favorite Asian-inspired dishes from scratch! We’ll start by preparing a duo of savory appetizers: hand-rolled pork egg rolls with homemade teriyaki sauce and chicken lemongrass pot stickers with duck sauce. Next, practice your knife skills while making a classic shrimp stir fry with fragrant garlic ginger sauce over steamed white rice. Finally, we’ll end the class on a sweet note by baking a cardamom-infused plum & ginger cobbler. Chopsticks are included!
