Hayes Carll returns to Old Quarter Acoustic Cafe for a special show that will highlight the songs and stories that have cemented Hayes as one of Texas’s best songwriters.
Previous entries from Hayes Carll have represented a sliding scale of exuberance and introspection. What It Is mines both emotions and way more. Allison Moorer is an American writer and singer/songwriter who has released ten critically acclaimed albums. She has been published in American Songwriter, Guernica, No Depression, Libhub.com,Bittersoutherner.com, and has been nominated for Academy, Grammy, Americana Music Association, and Academy of Country Music Awards.
She holds an MFA in Creative Writing and lives in Nashville.
Opening will be by Allison Moorer.
