August 3rd, September 7th (12 noon): Yoga at the Brewery – Swing into the brewery on the first Saturday of the month and enjoy a free yoga class brought to you by Melody Van Kay from Island Salt Air Hot Yoga. Sip on a pint, or save your taste buds for after class, as you flow through a 45-minute Vinyasa yoga class. The class will be held in the yard area. Please bring a towel, yoga mat and any additional yoga equipment that you need. Water and sunscreen are recommended. This is free of charge. All levels welcome.
