First you will learn to create a cheesy, bubbly baked scallop and wild mushroom gratin. Next, we’ll bake fresh artisanal bread loaves from scratch. Chef Bailey Glover is here to help your tastebuds take a break from heavy holiday fare and introduce them (and you!) to amazing Asian flavors from the Far East! You will learn to hand roll crispy pork, Shiitake mushroom, ginger & shrimp egg rolls (no cabbage filler!) and make a homemade hot Chinese mustard for dipping. Next, you will prepare a classic carrot and cucumber ribbon salad topped with a tasty ginger dressing from scratch. You will then make a belly-warming shrimp curry full of special Asian spices.
