Join us for some festive holiday fun on Saturday, December 16! Kids just need to bring their imagination and creativity – we’ll supply the rest! Hot apple cider and cookies will be served. You will learn to make savory beef medallions topped with champagne poached seared scallops drizzled in a champagne buerre blanc snuggled next to roasted cauliflower mash.
