Next, you will prepare classic cornmeal crusted catfish on a bed of creamy roasted red bell pepper grits snuggled next to southern ham hock greens. In this two hour class hosted by our own Daniel Decker, students of all ages will learn about the basics of car care from the professionals at the National Corvette Museum.
From changing a flat tire, to checking fluids in an engine, to changing a headlight bulb, students will learn first-hand how to care for their car and become more prepared drivers for whatever may happen on the road.
