Chef Bailey Glover is teaching you how to prepare your favorite fresh gulf seafood dishes at home. We’ll start the class by making a spicy shrimp remoulade stack salad with layers of fresh tomato and drizzled with a divine citrus basil vinaigrette. Next, master pan-searing snapper fillets and serve them with a light lemon herb sauce over a bed of creamy gruyere and fresh cracked pepper polenta.
