We’ll start by making a traditional Tuscan salad filled with classic ingredients including fresh leafy lettuce, crisp green beans, shaved Parmesan and white beans. Next, we’ll teach you to make your own pasta from scratch! We’ll toss your pasta with a savory red wine ragù and top it with homemade two-meat meatballs stuffed with dreamy mozzarella. We’ll also prepare roasted broccolini served with a mushroom and white wine reduction. Finally, we’ll make cool & creamy espresso pot du creme for dessert! Mama mia, this is going to be a delizioso class!

Come take a cooking class at The Kitchen Chick! On the gulf coast, its all about latitudes & attitudes! Chef Bailey Glover is teaching you how to prepare your favorite fresh gulf seafood dishes at home. We’ll start the class by making a spicy shrimp remoulade stack salad with layers of fresh tomato and drizzled with a divine citrus basil vinaigrette. Next, master pan-searing snapper fillets and serve them with a light lemon herb sauce over a bed of creamy gruyere and fresh cracked pepper polenta. Finally, you’ll crack into a sinful homemade creme brulee for dessert. It doesn’t get any fresher than our famous gulf seafood cooking classes!

Come take a cooking class at The Kitchen Chick! Calling all wizards and muggles! Chef Bailey Glover is conjuring the tasty treats from Hogwarts! Your child will learn to make golden snitch cheese balls, a slithering Nagini snake calzone and decadent chocolate cauldron cakes. The class will also brew a batch of homemade butter beer! The class includes everything, so students can leave their wands and robes at home. Spells (aka recipes) will be shared with attendees before they depart on their brooms. This class is full of magic and charms!
