Come take a cooking class at The Kitchen Chick! Join Chef Rachel of Felicite Macarons and learn to make authentic macarons! She’ll share her traditional recipe and you’ll learn the proper techniques to create the perfect crunch that transcends into a pillowy softness (aka heaven!). You will bake these classic cookies, make two fillings: one from scratch + one quick & easy and add an edible embellishment for presentation bonus points! Plus you’ll leave with beautiful cookies to take home too (if you can resist eating them all in class, that is!) These French cookies are made with love!

$75/person. This class will last 3 hours. Space is limited.

Chef Stephanie will teach you her secret recipe for making foolproof sugar cookies and how to ice them perfectly. You’ll learn to MAKE, pour, pipe, border, fill, dye, paint and dust royal frosting! Each participant will leave with a dozen decorated cookies, as well as all the recipes, knowledge and confidence to make them again at home! You won’t need the luck of the Irish to make these fancy cookies!
