Come take a cooking class at The Kitchen Chick! Chefs Laura & Linda of The Italian Wooden Spoonn are back to teach you the secrets to making feather-light gnocchi – the best gnocchi this side of the Atlantic! Chef Laura will teach you two delicious sauces to top these soft potato pillows: traditional tomato and savory butter & sage. You will also learn to make a tasty parmiagiano & chives crostini and homemade ricotta cheese. No meal is complete without dessert, we’ll end with a classic: tiramisu from scratch! What a way to start the new year!

The Kitchen Chick will refund your tuition in full for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the class. No refunds or credits will be given for a cancellation made less than 72 hours before the class. Cancellations or changes can be made by calling 409-497-2999 or emailing alicia@aliciac1.sg-host.com. When a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will contact you by email or telephone and issue a full refund. If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.
