Come take a cooking class at The Kitchen Chick! You will really get into the ‘spirits’ of the holiday with Chef Bailey Shinn at this festive class! She’ll kick things off by teaching you to make champagne poached scallops with red pepper pesto piled on a crisp crostini. Next, you’ll make a savory beef filet topped with melted gorgonzola cheese and a white wine porcini mushroom sauce. We’ll snuggle in some tipsy whiskey glazed carrots and red wine pan seared potatoes too. Finally, you will bake a sweet holiday twist on a southern dessert staple: chai spiced ruffle milk pie drizzled with a drool-worthy bourbon caramel sauce! Cheers to the holidays!

The Kitchen Chick will refund your tuition in full for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the class. No refunds or credits will be given for a cancellation made less than 72 hours before the class. Cancellations or changes can be made by calling 409-497-2999 or emailing alicia@aliciac1.sg-host.com. When a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will contact you by email or telephone and issue a full refund. If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.
