Come take a cooking class at The Kitchen Chick! Unlock your inner Italian Nonna by learning how to make fresh ravioli at home! Roll up your sleeves and join Chef Bailey Shinn for this hands-on class full of fall flavors! To start, you will make light & crispy panko Parmesan-crusted zucchini followed by a creamy aioli for dipping. Next, you will need a little elbow grease to make your own homemade pasta which we will turn into soft ravioli pillows stuffed with a butternut squash filling and dressed with a mouthwatering toasted hazelnut cream sauce. You will also prepare a traditional zuppa toscana brimming with potatoes, sausage and kale. Finally, for dessert indulge in a seasonal pumpkin ricotta bundt cake with a magical custard layer! Mama mia, this is going to be a delizioso class!
$65/person. This class will last 2.5-3 hours.

The Kitchen Chick will refund your tuition in full for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the class. No refunds or credits will be given for a cancellation made less than 72 hours before the class. Cancellations or changes can be made by calling 409-497-2999 or emailing alicia@thekitchenchick.com. When a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will contact you by email or telephone and issue a full refund. If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.
