Come take a cooking class at The Kitchen Chick! Chef Mary Bass will have you celebrating spring with delicious seasonal dishes! First, you will learn to make a creamy edamame hummus. You will practice your knife skills by preparing a farm stand crudité (that’s fancy for raw veggies!) to accompany the hummus. Next, you will make pasta from scratch and with fresh spring herbs incorporated into the dough. You will top it with homemade ricotta, seasonal veggies, savory chicken and a light cream sauce. Finally, we will whip up a lemon and lavender cake with a mint syrup drizzle. This class makes it easy to indulge in spring’s bounty; no green thumb required!

The Kitchen Chick will refund your tuition in full for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the class. No refunds or credits will be given for a cancellation made less than 72 hours before the class. Cancellations or changes can be made by calling 409-497-2999 or emailing alicia@aliciac1.sg-host.com. When a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will contact you by email or telephone and issue a full refund. If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.
