Come take a cooking class at The Kitchen Chick! Wear your worst sweater and join Chef Bailey Shinn for a festive holiday brunch cooking class! Learn to make cheesy, buttery jalapeno corn cakes topped with a perfectly poached egg and velvety hollandaise. Next, we’ll prepare a southern fruit salad tossed in a bourbon infused simple syrup and kissed with a hint of fresh mint. You will roast potatoes in decadent duck fat until they are nice and crispy. And we’ll bake over-the-top holiday cookie bars brimming with molasses, holiday spices, crystallized ginger and finish them with a drizzle of fresh lemon glaze. What goes with cookies? Milk, of course. We’ll sip on a classic milk punch while we finish those crazy good cookies. Best (worst) sweater takes home a fantastic prize! This class will jingle your brunch bell!

The Kitchen Chick will refund your tuition in full for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the class. No refunds or credits will be given for a cancellation made less than 72 hours before the class. Cancellations or changes can be made by calling 409-497-2999 or emailing alicia@aliciac1.sg-host.com. When a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will contact you by email or telephone and issue a full refund. If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.
Class sizes are kept small to ensure you get to interact with the instructors. Can’t wait to get cooking with you!
