September 6th (9am-1pm): Seaside Senior Expo 2019 – This free Senior Health Care and Resource Fair provides health care information and resources for older adults and family caregivers. More than 50 senior care providers from the Galveston County area will share information about their services along with educational sessions targeting older adult concerns. This will be held at Moody Methodist Church Gym, 2803 53rd St., Galveston. A box lunch will be provided for senior attendees along with drinks and snacks. There will be musical entertainment and fabulous door prizes available for seniors. The event is a Beach Theme, so Hawaiian print shirts and festive summer outfits are encouraged.
