October 5th (12 noon): Yoga at the Brewery – Swing into the brewery on the first Saturday of the month and enjoy a free yoga class brought to you by Melody Van Kay from Island Salt Air Hot Yoga. Sip on a pint, or save your taste buds for after class, as you flow through a 45-minute Vinyasa yoga class. The class will be held in the yard area. Please bring a towel, yoga mat and any additional yoga equipment that you need. Water and sunscreen are recommended. This is free of charge. All levels welcome.

Take an hour long walking tour of the Battle of Galveston. Fought on January 1, 1863, this was the only Civil War battle fought in Galveston. Sites on the tour include the 1861 United States Custom House, the Hendley Building, the harbor, and more! The tour meets and departs from the 1861 US Custom House located at 502 20th Street. December 13th (7-10pm): Christmas Murder Mystery at Schaefer Haus – Creative Learning Society is pleased to invite you to a Christmas Murder Mystery to celebrate the most wonderful time of year with a fun Christmas-themed murder mystery. All of our guests will have the choice of playing a character or a detective in the mystery. They will provide costumes and props and all of the fun. The event will include a delicious array of appetizers and dessert platters with the mystery and you are welcome to bring your own beer and wine to enjoy. Tickets are $60 per person.
