Chef Mary Bass will be joined by Katie’s Seafood Market who will show you how to properly filet a fish! You will learn to pan-fry a herb flour dusted vermilion snapper and serve it over a nest of spiralized fresh spring veggies. Next, learn to make blackened shrimp presented on over warm corn griddle cakes and topped with green tomatillo salsa.
