September 22nd (7-9am): Bird Walk at Sweetwater Preserve with GBF – Join Galveston Bay Foundation for a bird walk in celebration of Houston Bird Week at its Sweetwater Preserve in Galveston. The freshwater wetlands provide quality habitat for migratory waterfowl and a diverse group of wading birds. All are welcome to attend this free event. This will take place at 103rd St. in Galveston.
