Cooking Class: Brewhaha Beer Pairing with Galveston Island Brewing!

Come take a cooking class at The Kitchen Chick! Chef Bailey will teach YOU to love summer down to the very last drop! And thanks to our AWESOME friends at Galveston Island Brewing each dish will be paired with delicious craft beer! To start, you will learn to make cheesy beer queso fundido with crispy homemade chips. Next, Chef Bailey will help you make homemade tortillas for your golden beer battered gulf fish tacos topped with crunchy Baja slaw. She’ll show you how to make unbelievably delicious beer soaked refried beans too! For dessert, we will bake individual dark chocolate brownie skillet sundaes drizzled with beer toffee sauce! You’ll enjoy cooking this summer spread while sampling a trio of GIB’s popular brews! Cheers to summer!

The Kitchen Chick will refund your tuition in full for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the class. No refunds or credits will be given for a cancellation made less than 72 hours before the class. Cancellations or changes can be made by calling 409-497-2999 or emailing alicia@aliciac1.sg-host.com. When a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will contact you by email or telephone and issue a full refund. If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.
