Get ready for a spook-tacular Halloween experience like no other on Galveston Island!

On October 26th, Galveston Island will transform into a haven of spooky fun for all ages with the Island Boo Fest. From trick-or-treating to a mystical parade, this free event is packed with activities that promise to entertain the entire family. Whether you’re a fan of costumed parades, food and drink pairings, or unique market finds, Boo Fest has something for everyone!

Trunk or Treat in Saengerfest Park

For even more candy and creativity, head to Saengerfest Park for the Galveston Golf Cart Society’s Trunk or Treat. More than 35 decorated golf carts will be lined up, handing out treats and raising funds for local charities, including Shriners Children’s Hospital. It’s a fantastic way to get involved in the community while enjoying the festive atmosphere.

  • Beneficiaries: Shriners Children’s Hospital, $500 to GIHS, and $1K to GGCS scholarships

Witches & Warlocks Paired Dinner at Yaga’s Cafe

For adults looking to elevate their Halloween experience, the Witches & Warlocks Paired Dinner is a can’t-miss event. With only 20 seats available, this exclusive dinner features a four-course meal paired with wine and a costume contest for the best-dressed guests. After the meal, attendees can stroll around the venue for photo opportunities.

Mystical Parade of Boo (6:30 PM)

The highlight of the evening, the Mystical Parade of Boo, will take over the streets of Galveston as a dazzling array of floats, lights, and costumed participants march through Historic Downtown Galveston. Featuring the vibrant krewes we know and love, the parade will be a captivating display of artistic talent and community collaboration. Don’t miss out on the excitement as the parade lights up the night with music, beads, and plenty of Halloween fun!
