Come take a cooking class at The Kitchen Chick! You’re invited to tour Tuscany with visiting hill country Chef Rebecca Rather! To start, you will learn to make a flaky pastry stuffed with warm ricotta, olives and lemon zest. Next you will build a classic panzanella salad brimming with garden fresh herbs & tomatoes. You will prepare authentic arancini fried to a golden crisp with a satisfying tomato sauce. For dessert indulge in a cool & creamy panna cotta. This al fresco dinner will have you saying ciao bella!

The Kitchen Chick is thrilled to welcome Chef Rebecca Rather, the Pastry Queen of Texas! Rebecca Rather is an American pastry chef, restaurateur, and best selling cookbook author from Beaumont, Texas. She owned The Rather Sweet Bakery and the Pink Pig in Fredericksburg. She is opening her third hill country restaurant this summer!

The Kitchen Chick will refund your tuition in full for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the class. No refunds or credits will be given for a cancellation made less than 72 hours before the class. Cancellations or changes can be made by calling 409-497-2999 or emailing alicia@aliciac1.sg-host.com. When a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will contact you by email or telephone and issue a full refund. If you miss a class due to weather-related concerns, our standard cancellation policy applies.
Class sizes are kept small to ensure you get to interact with the instructors. Can’t wait to get cooking with you!
