Escape The Heat This Summer With Devil & The Deep Brewery

Devil & The Deep Brewery:

Quench Your Thirst With Some Cold Beverages

Opened a few months ago is Galveston’s newest brewery Devil and The Deep Brewery located Downtown.

The brewery favors the lighter side of lagers and ales though stouts and saisons are available too. The taproom, with its interior design inspired by the deep blue sea, is set to be able to pour out as many as 10 brews from taps.

The brewery currently offers different style brews on tap such as our favorite, the Blonde Ale (acrisp refreshing blonde ale – perfect for hot summer days), plus a rotating selection of single hop IPAs such as Enigma IPA (a New Zealand single hop with berry and tropical notes), Ella IPA (single hop), SHIPA (citrusy, spicy, and floral), Chinook (a west coast style, piney spice IPA), Michigan Summit (a citrusy IPA), and many others. Taps rotate often so there is always something cool to try.

Can’t decide? Get a Flight and taste four of the brewery’s finest! There are usually around eight original craft beers on tap at all times and while they don’t offer food, next door is Sharkey’s Tavern which features awesome pizzas.

Coming this summer you can expect some new releases such as a saison (a pale ale that is fruity, clovey, and spicy) and the return of the popular Belgian Rye Pale Ale. Also, brewery tours will begin soon.

Find them at 2425 Postoffice St. at the intersection of 25th St, Downtown Galveston, on Facebook and Instagram at @devilandthedeepbrew, or by calling (409)220-3313.

Devil & The Deep Brewery is dog-friendly. They have inside and outside patio seating.
