Puppet Show –

Stewie’s Magic Hat

3 PM Monday, July 7, Wortham Auditorium

Enjoy a free, family friendly puppet show, Stewie’s Magic Hat, presented by Honey Goodenough of Good Hearted Entertainment.

The time has come for Stewie to follow his family’s tradition and find a job with a very important hat! His grandmother announces that he will become an apprentice to the Great Garbanzo, a highly accomplished wizard! Will he master these magical tasks to earn his magic hat? Will he make his family proud? The story unfolds with magical messes, musical dragons, and many more amusements to help Stewie find the hat that fits him best!

Magical Balloon Show with Robb Holladay

2:30 PM Saturday, July 12, Wortham Auditorium

Prepare for a popping good time with Robb Holladay and his wacky puppets, magic, and balloons. Free fun for the whole family!

Children’s Collab-Lab Visits

10:30 AM Wednesday, July 16 – Collab-Lab staff will be at the Sealy Pavilion

10 AM Tuesday, July 22 – Immediately following the morning’s Baby Talk program, the Collab-Lab Bus will be parked on Sealy Street

The Collaborative for Children’s Collab-Lab will be outside your Rosenberg Library immediately following Storytime! Go outside to engage your preschoolers in an outdoor environment that provides critical, future-focused early childhood education at no cost.

Designed to be convenient for families, it connects parents and their youngest children with experts, educators, resources, and proven programs whose goal is to make sure that kids have the skills essential to learning from the moment they walk into kindergarten for the first time. Recommended for families with preschool children.
